Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness: Always be prepared for emergencies, maintaining equipment and personal readiness for swift response.
- Patient Care: Deliver appropriate medical support to patients within your practice scope.
- Public Engagement: As an ER24 representative, foster community trust and maintain a positive image of emergency health services.
Educational Requirements:
- Education: Grade 10-12
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the age of 18 to 45 years
- No criminal record
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum Experience: At least one year in emergency medical services (EMS).
- Preferred Experience: One year in Intermediate Life Support (ILS), helpful for high-stress situations.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in best practices, Microsoft Office, HPCSA guidelines, and strong English communication skills.
