Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Assist clients with mobile account setups, answer betting questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Sales Goals: Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, expanding the customer base.
- Product Promotion: Promote mobile products and services, guiding customers through Hollywoodbets’ betting features.
- Marketing & Events: Participate in mobile campaigns, events, and in-store promotions to attract new clients.
- FICA Compliance: Help customers with ID verification and account setup.
- Mobile Betting Support: Educate new clients on the Hollywoodbets mobile app, including sign-up bonuses and betting methods.
- Operational Flexibility: Be ready to work between branches and stores, adapting as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, connecting with a variety of customers.
- Sales Drive: Proven sales experience and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of mobile and internet betting, top-up voucher distribution, and betting procedures.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Experience: Prior experience as a promoter or in customer service roles is beneficial.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of mobile betting and customer service expertise.
