Inherent Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Higher Certificate – NQF level 5.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of reception experience in a hospital or clinic environment.
- Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Medical Schemes and processes.
