Inherent Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Qualifications:
  • Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
  • Higher Certificate – NQF level 5.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of reception experience in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Medical Schemes and processes.
