Job Description
The Industrial Psychology Internship is designed to provide practical training in psychological assessment, human resource development, career guidance, and organizational behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Psychology: Contribute to employee well-being and company culture.
- Human Resource (Personnel) Psychology: Assist in recruitment, selection, and talent development initiatives.
- Career Psychology: Support employees in career planning and professional growth.
- Testing and Assessment: Conduct psychometric evaluations, workplace assessments, and competency profiling.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification(s):
- Master’s Qualification in Industrial Psychology OR
- M1 completed with research submitted for examination
- Professional Registration:
- HPCSA – Student Psychologist Registration
- Additional Advantage:
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory)
