Job Description

Role Responsibility
You will be expected to fulfil the following day-to-day responsibilities:
- Greet and offer assistance to every customer who enters the store
- Promote and upsell products by highlighting promotions and new stock
- Process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising according to brand standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled
- Unpack and sort deliveries, checking items against invoices
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure that customer queries, complaints, and returns are handled professionally
- Keep up with weekly product knowledge training sessions and updates

- Must not have full-time employment elsewhere
