1. Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme (Starts Feb 2026)
A full-time, salaried opportunity with a 2-year structured training programme focused on leadership, professional growth, and global exposure.

Eligibility:
- Completed or completing a B-Degree (NQF 7) or 3-year Diploma (NQF 6 in Engineering/IT) by end of 2025
- Less than 2 years of working experience post-graduation
- South African citizen or permanent resident (also open to citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, Tanzania)
- 65% average or above
- Must be 26 or younger
2. Vodacom Internship Programme (Starts Feb/Mar 2026)
A 12-month fixed-term contract providing valuable work experience and skills training, with the potential to join the Discover Programme or secure a permanent role.
Eligibility:
- Same as above
- 0–1 year of working experience
