Each internship track is structured to provide a balance of theoretical learning, mentorship, and practical exposure to business operations. Interns will rotate across departments, attend training workshops, and contribute to strategic and operational projects that have real impact.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Glencore Graduate Internship Programme is a South African citizen who has recently completed or is in the final year of a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree. Role Responsibility
As a Glencore graduate intern, your daily responsibilities will vary based on your chosen programme. However, all interns will be expected to contribute to the success of their assigned teams through the following:
