- Enforcement of Municipal By-Laws, ensuring order and compliance in local communities

Minimum Requirements

- No criminal record or pending cases (fingerprinting required at own cost)
- Not listed on the sexual or child offenders register
- No history of dismissal from public service due to misconduct
- Must provide proof of residence within Tshwane
- Medically fit (certified by a registered medical professional)
- Able to pass a physical fitness test and psychometric assessment
- Proficient in English (will undergo language proficiency evaluation)
- Not declared unfit to possess a firearm under the Firearms Control Act
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Willing to sign and adhere to TMPD’s strict code of conduct
