What is the Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026?:
This 12-month structured programme combines theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job training. Successful learners will work in the Sales and/or Administration departments within the Long-Term Insurance environment while receiving mentorship and coaching to prepare for a professional career in insurance.
What you will gain:
- Practical experience in Sales and Administration within Long-Term Insurance
- Structured theoretical training combined with on-the-job learning
- Coaching and mentoring from industry professionals
- An Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4 upon completion
- Monthly allowance of R5,000 during the learnership period
Candidate role during the programme:
- Assist with research tasks and apply literacy and numeracy skills to evaluate insurance-related information
- Understand and manage personal finances while assessing financial risks
- Apply legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge within the insurance industry
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support operational processes
- Engage in sales and negotiation activities when required

Are you Eligible? (Requirements):
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting
- Currently unemployed
- Not registered for any studies or other learnership programmes
- Available to start on 1 September 2025
- South African citizen from a previously disadvantaged or designated group
