Job Position: Cadet (Level 2) – Job Type: Training Programme
Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Pilot’s License
- Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
- Valid Class I Medical Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum 700–1000 flying hours depending on qualification combinations
- Experience may include multi-engine, turbine hours, or type-rated Boeing/Airbus
Job Position: First Officer – Job Type: Full-time Employment
Qualification:
- All requirements of Cadet Programme plus successful completion of training
- Valid RSA Passport and Identity Document
- Valid RSA Driver’s License and own transport
Experience:
- Proven competency through cadet training progression
- Professional discipline and operational readiness
Key Performance Areas
- Participate fully in cadet training including simulators, ground school, and flight instruction
- Demonstrate proficiency in aviation theory and procedures
- Develop situational awareness and decision-making under operational conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to aviation safety standards
- Keep accurate training records and meet assessment requirements
- Progress into a First Officer role once competency standards are achieved
