Available jobs (in order, and their requirements)

Job Position: Cadet (Level 2) – Job Type: Training Programme

Qualification:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid Commercial Pilot’s License
Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
Valid Class I Medical Certificate

Experience:

Minimum 700–1000 flying hours depending on qualification combinations
Experience may include multi-engine, turbine hours, or type-rated Boeing/Airbus

Job Position: First Officer – Job Type: Full-time Employment

Qualification:

All requirements of Cadet Programme plus successful completion of training
Valid RSA Passport and Identity Document
Valid RSA Driver’s License and own transport

Experience:

Proven competency through cadet training progression
Professional discipline and operational readiness

Key Performance Areas

Participate fully in cadet training including simulators, ground school, and flight instruction
Demonstrate proficiency in aviation theory and procedures
Develop situational awareness and decision-making under operational conditions
Maintain strict adherence to aviation safety standards
Keep accurate training records and meet assessment requirements
Progress into a First Officer role once competency standards are achieved
Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and discipline throughout training and operations
