This initiative offers structured workplace experience for both graduates and TVET learners. It provides exposure to different functions within the business, including marketing, HR, business management, IT, and e-commerce, helping young professionals build solid foundations for a retail career.

Are you Eligible? Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a degree or diploma in one of the following:
- Marketing Management
- Business Management / Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- Digital Marketing / E-commerce
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- Information Systems / Business Information Technology
- OR be a TVET College graduate requiring 18 months practical learning
- Be unemployed
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Be under the age of 32
