TotalEnergies has opened its Supply Chain Learnership Programme 2026, a 12-month opportunity for young South Africans who want to build a career in logistics, operations and supply chain management. Based in Alrode, Alberton in Gauteng, the programme is open to candidates with a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate and requires no previous work experience. Applications are currently open. If you want hands-on workplace experience with one of the world’s leading energy companies, this learnership is a strong place to start.
About the Programme
TotalEnergies is a global energy company operating in more than 130 countries, with a significant presence in South Africa across fuels, lubricants and related operations. The company invests in skills development as part of its commitment to growing local talent and supporting youth employment in the communities where it works.
The TotalEnergies Supply Chain Learnership is a structured workplace training programme that gives learners exposure to real operational activities within the company. Over 12 months, successful candidates work alongside experienced professionals and learn how supply chain and operational processes function inside a large, well-run organisation. For many young South Africans, the biggest barrier after Matric is the lack of practical experience.
