Job Description

Role Responsibility
As a Truworths Stores Learnership participant, you will:
- Work a minimum of 120 hours during the learnership
- Complete daily practical tasks in-store
- Prepare thoroughly for assessments to demonstrate competency
- Serve customers by locating merchandise and answering queries
- Operate the POS system for transactions and account openings
- Arrange merchandise neatly and ensure attractive product displays
- Learn to minimize stock shrinkage and maintain store security
- Support general housekeeping to maintain a clean and inviting store
