Eskom is hiring 7 Service Agents for the Contact Centre (Distribution) in Bellville, Western Cape. Join a dynamic team and deliver professional customer service across multiple communication platforms.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver excellent service to all customers via available communication channels while supporting various operational activities.


Qualifications

  • Education:
    • National Diploma or National N Diploma in:
      • Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
      • Social Science or Business Management
    • Equivalent to NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years working in customer relations or service-oriented roles.
