Purpose of the Role
To deliver excellent service to all customers via available communication channels while supporting various operational activities.
Qualifications
- Education:
- National Diploma or National N Diploma in:
- Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
- Social Science or Business Management
- Equivalent to NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
- National Diploma or National N Diploma in:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working in customer relations or service-oriented roles.
