What is the role posted?
The Business Administration Learnership equips participants with administrative, organisational, and customer service skills. Learners will engage in structured theoretical training and hands-on experience within departments such as Customer Engagement, Acquisitions, and Scheduling.
What you will gain:

Candidate role during the programme:
- Attend theoretical training sessions one day per week
- Perform administrative duties including data capturing, filing, and report preparation
- Manage emails, calls, and in-person communications
- Assist customers and resolve queries in line with Tracker’s standards
- Conduct post-installation testing and provide basic technical support
- Maintain service quality and meet departmental performance standards

Are you eligible? (Requirements):
- South African citizen aged 18-35
- Matric certificate with:
- Level 4/D in English
- Level 3/E in Mathematics or Maths Literacy
- Unemployed and not studying
- No criminal record
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
