Job Description
1. Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2026
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity structured over two years. It focuses on building leadership capabilities and offers world-class mentorship and development in a dynamic, future-forward company.

2. Vodacom Internship Programme 2026
This 12-month internship provides unemployed graduates with meaningful workplace experience while preparing them for potential future roles within Vodacom. The programme forms a key part of Vodacom’s youth empowerment and employment readiness strategy.
Key Features:
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Hands-on training and experience in a business area aligned to your qualification
- Pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or other full-time roles
- Start Dates: 1 February or 1 March 2026
Ideal Candidate
To qualify for either programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Eligibility Criteria:
- South African Citizen by Birth or Naturalization
- 26 years old or younger by start date (1 February 2026)
- Less than 2 years of full-time working experience post-studies
- Completed at least an undergraduate degree (or NQF 6/NQF 7 equivalent) by end of 2025
- Minimum average of 65% in most recent academic results
Accepted Qualifications (Minimum NQF 7):
- BCom
- BSc
- BTech
Accepted National Diplomas (NQF 6):
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
