Job Description
The PPC Trainee Youth Development Programme is a 12-month work experience initiative targeting unemployed South African youth. Participants will be placed in operational departments where they will gain first-hand exposure to processes, tools, and systems relevant to manufacturing and related industries.

The programme will run across multiple PPC business units, including:

  • PPC Aggregates – Mooiplaas (3 positions)
  • PPC Aggregates – Laezonia (1 position)
  • PPC Rosebank (1 position)
  • ReadyMix (3 positions)
  • Ulula Ash – Kriel (1 position)

Each placement offers a unique opportunity to develop critical workplace skills while engaging in projects that contribute to real economic and community outcomes.

Role Responsibility
Participants in the PPC Youth Development Programme will be expected to:
