Programme Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric
  • Additional tertiary qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Degree) are advantageous
  • Must be unemployed and not currently studying full-time
  • Should not have more than 2 years of formal work experience
  • Age between 18 and 30 years
  • Must not have participated in a YES Learnership previously
  • Strong academic performance and learning mindset
  • Computer literate with a solid understanding of digital tools
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • Open to collaboration and working in diverse teams
  • Must be committed to completing the full 12-month programme
