Job Description
The Maersk Learnership Programme is a 12-month entry-level programme that offers structured learning and practical experience in a real-world logistics setting. Participants will work within various business functions, supporting key operational, customer service, and administrative activities.

Ideal Candidate

Programme Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Additional tertiary qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Degree) are advantageous
- Must be unemployed and not currently studying full-time
- Should not have more than 2 years of formal work experience
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Must not have participated in a YES Learnership previously
- Strong academic performance and learning mindset
- Computer literate with a solid understanding of digital tools
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Strong time management and organisational ability
- Open to collaboration and working in diverse teams
- Must be committed to completing the full 12-month programme

Role Responsibility

- Engaging in data entry and digital filing systems
- Assisting with shipping documentation and compliance processes
