Job Description

The Graduate Internship Programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application by providing successful candidates with real work experience in a professional setting. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a structured 24-month training and development programme

Ideal Candidate

The programme is targeting recent graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35
  • Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Office Management & Technology
  • Must not have previous formal work experience related to their field of study
  • Reside in the KwaZulu-Natal province (preferred)

Role Responsibility

Interns accepted into the programme will be responsible for:

  • Following and completing the full structured development programme over 24 months
  • Participating in training workshops, performance evaluations, and on-the-job mentoring
  • Supporting document management, including filing, digital archiving, and document tracking
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings, diary management, and internal communication
  • Helping with data entry, report preparation, and tracking of HR metrics
