This two-year structured programme provides graduates with practical workplace exposure, mentorship, and training in human resources and organizational development.

What is the Young Professional-in-Training (Human Resource Management) Programme?
The YPT Programme is a 24-month graduate training initiative designed for dynamic, recently qualified HR graduates. It equips participants with hands-on experience in HR functions, employee relations, talent management, and organizational support while preparing them for future leadership roles.

Candidate role during the programme

- Execute tasks individually and collaboratively under the guidance of mentors
- Produce quality outputs to support HR and organisational decision-making

Are you Eligible? (Requirements)
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- 0–1 year relevant work experience
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years
