TFG is one of South Africa’s leading retail groups, housing popular fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, and homeware brands. With stores across South Africa and beyond, TFG is committed to empowering young South Africans through initiatives such as the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme, which helps address youth unemployment by creating workplace opportunities.
What is the TFG YES Internship Programme 2025?
The YES Internship Programme is a 12-month workplace experience initiative running from September 2025 to August 2026. It equips unemployed youth with practical skills, mentorship, and exposure to a professional retail environment. The programme is designed to give participants the tools they need to become more employable and to open doors to future career opportunities within and beyond TFG.

Are you Eligible? (Requirements)
- South African youth aged 18–29 years
- Hold a Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Must commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Must not have been permanently employed for more than 1 year by a single employer
- Should not be studying full-time during the internship
- Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme
- Must arrange and cover own accommodation and transport costs
