What is the Graduate Internship Programme?

The RAL Graduate Internship Programme is a 24-month structured programme designed to give unemployed graduates valuable workplace exposure. Interns are mentored by seasoned professionals while participating in projects that contribute to road development, community upliftment, and organisational growth.

Are you Eligible? Minimum Requirements

South African citizen aged 18–35 years
Matric/Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma/Degree/Honours)
Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
Comprehensive CV with certified copies of ID, transcripts, qualifications, and cover letter
Foreign qualifications must be SAQA-evaluated
Applicants from Limpopo Province will receive preference

Applicants must not have participated in previous government or SOE internships
