Job Position: Sales Agent – Job Type: Full-time (Paarl, Western Cape)

Qualification:

Prior sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of TUV (Top-up Voucher) distribution (advantageous)
Understanding of product promotion and different markets

Experience:

Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-facing experience in retail, sales, or service-related roles

Key Performance Areas

Assist customers with account openings, queries, and FICA submissions
Drive mobile activations and sales through demonstrations and marketing campaigns
Record and report daily sales activities to management
Promote sign-up bonuses and demonstrate app features to customers
Manage mobile sales equipment and ensure secure handling
Organize displays, promotions, and event activations
Roam between branches when required
Complete weekly training sessions and support operational requirements
