As a Bank Better Champion, you will:
- Welcome clients and ensure smooth branch queue flow
- Assist clients with ATM and self-service banking channels

Are you Eligible? Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Have fingerprints that are detectable on Capitec’s internal banking system
Ideal candidates may also have:
- Experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and branch processes
