Boxer Superstores is proud to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 SETA-Funded Graduate Programme, based at our Head Office in Westville, Durban.
We are seeking 50 talented graduates to join our team on 1 August 2026, across a range of business disciplines.
This is a 12-month structured graduate development programme offered in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R SETA). The programme is designed to provide graduates with valuable workplace experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to the fast-paced retail industry.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical business knowledge, and contribute to meaningful projects that support Boxer’s continued growth and success.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- Hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- No more than 2 years of working experience
- Be a South African citizen
- Be currently unemployed and available to start on 1 August 2026
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment
Duties and Responsibilities
| As a participant in our Graduate Programme, you will: Support Departmental Activities: Work closely with your assigned department to support daily operations, including data analysis, report generation, and process improvements. Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge: Gain knowledge in your specific field of study and apply this learning to real-world business scenarios. Receive Mentorship and Training: Benefit from ongoing mentorship and training programs aimed at enhancing your skills and professional growth.
