Learners will be assigned to distribution centers or logistics departments within CCBSA operations and will report directly to the Training Controller or Team Leader: Warehouse.

Role Responsibility
Throughout the 12-month learnership period, learners will:

- Pack and pick stock in designated areas using approved procedures
- Understand and apply basic financial principles related to stock value and loss prevention
- Record stock movements accurately on digital systems
- Perform general administrative tasks related to stock and freight

- Citizenship: South African Citizen only
- Age Requirement: Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed at the time of application
