These positions are ideal for recent Grade 12 graduates looking to start a career in public service.

Available Positions:

1. Administrative Services / System Clerk

  • Location: Office of the Deputy Minister, Pretoria
  • Reference: HO 2024/11/01
  • Salary: R216,217 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 certificate
  • Responsibilities: Perform general clerical duties, manage data, support supply chain processes, maintain personnel records, handle travel arrangements, and provide financial administrative support.

2. Registry Clerk

  • Location: Office of the Deputy Minister, Pretoria
  • Reference: HO 2024/11/02
  • Salary: R216,217 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 certificate
  • Responsibilities: Ensure efficient document flow, file documents as per prescripts, control stocks and stationery, and provide general support.

3. Driver

  • Location: Office of the Deputy Minister, Pretoria
  • Reference: HO 2024/11/03
  • Salary: R183,279 per annum
  • Requirements: Grade 12 certificate and a valid driver’s license
  • Responsibilities: Collect and deliver documents, transport staff and guests, maintain vehicle records, and stay updated on relevant policies.

  • Ability to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
