As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the voice of the Fidelity brand—handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and guiding clients with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist clients using the Umsuka App
  • Promote Umsuka services and manage telephonic applications
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy
  • Log interactions via CRM and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy: CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Clear criminal record
  • South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa
