Key Responsibilities
As a General Worker, you will:
- Clean floors, machines, conveyors, and surrounding production areas.
- Supply production machines with dry goods from the designated area.
- Perform reworks on non-conforming products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Actively participate in all mini-business activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience working in a production environment as a general worker.
- Completion of Packaging Skills Programme (mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative without supervision.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
