- Medically and physically fit for strenuous training

- 100m Dead load carry (2 x 25kg weights)
- 20m Tyre drag
- 10 Shuttle runs in 60 seconds
- 2.1m Wall climb
- Unassisted comfort swim
- Motorcycle reach test
