Internship Opportunities
1. Quality Assurance Internship
Qualification Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Education and Training, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of quality assurance systems
- Assist with accreditation of training providers and centres
- Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports
- Ensure alignment with SAQA and SETA frameworks
2. Communications Internship
Qualification Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Media Studies
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit communication materials
- Assist with media relations and stakeholder communication
- Support events, campaigns, and awareness programmes
- Manage newsletters, websites, and social media
3. Learning Programmes / Strategic Projects Internship
Qualification Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in managing learning programmes and projects
- Assist with planning, reporting, and coordination
- Monitor funded training programmes
- Liaise with stakeholders for smooth implementation
4. Skills Development and Research Internship

- National Diploma or Degree in Research, Statistics, Economics, Human Resource Development, or related field

- Assist with research and data collection on sector skills needs
- Analyse labour market trends and prepare reports
- Contribute to the MQA Sector Skills Plan
