👉 Note: Successful candidates may be required to rotate between sites within a 30km radius.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, balance enquiries, and book updates
- Verify identity, MSISDN, and KYC/AML compliance
- Provide professional and empathetic service
- Educate customers on Postbank’s Mobile App, USSD, and ATM channels
2. Assisted Banking Transactions
- Initiate transactions via CSC terminals/tablets
- Generate secure OTPs or barcodes for cash transactions
- Confirm transaction completion
- Resolve errors such as expired or failed transactions
3. Governance & Compliance
- Adhere to Postbank’s security and anti-fraud procedures
- Submit daily reconciliations and exception reports
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality
4. Customer Education & Migration
- Promote digital banking channels
- Assist with PIN resets and first-time app activation
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking/Finance (advantage)
- Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience (banking, retail, financial services)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate in the local language
- Clean criminal record
