Job Description
This Fixed-Term Learnership Programme is a structured development opportunity designed for individuals who want to gain professional experience while completing an NQF-aligned theoretical component. Role Responsibility
As a Learnership participant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in classroom-based training sessions on business skills, literacy, numeracy, computer usage, and financial basics
- Supporting Sasol departments by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating documentation, files, and communication within teams
- Responding to basic customer service queries in a courteous and professional manner
- Assisting in workflow processes and data entry as part of workplace learning
- Preparing reports or correspondence under the guidance of supervisors
- Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to diversity and inclusion
- Participating in personal and team performance improvement reviews
