Job Description
The Future Leaders Development Programme offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical work experience aligned to their field of study.
Interns will be placed in relevant business units based on their academic background and career interests, with the aim of preparing them for future leadership roles within Tiger Brands.
The programme combines:

To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have completed a relevant three- or four-year tertiary qualification from an accredited institution
- Have no more than 12 months of post-qualification work experience
- Demonstrate a strong academic record
- Not be currently enrolled in another internship or graduate programme
Role Responsibility
