Vodacom, a leader in connectivity, is seeking proactive Direct Sales Agents to expand our Business Internet, Wireless LTE, Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB), and Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) services. Key Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Agent, you’ll:
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed set sales targets for Vodacom’s internet solutions.
- Facilitate Sales Process: Assist store staff with closing sales, guiding them from product knowledge to sale completion.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen connections between retail outlets and clients.
- Sales Training: Train retail teams on Vodacom products, enhancing their sales skills.
- Reporting: Maintain regular reports on sales output and store activities to the Regional Team Lead and Regional Manager.
Daily Duties
- Attend daily briefings with the RTL to review targets.
- Train retail staff on product and sales techniques.
- Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or NQF Level 5 in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience: 1-3 years in telecommunications sales, especially ISP products.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- License: Valid driver’s license for travel between retail locations.
