Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods and cargo in accordance with company protocols and National Roads Traffic Act regulations.
- Ensure both the vehicle and driver meet legal standards and Ladismith Powder policies.
- Handle all deliveries and collections swiftly and securely, ensuring proper documentation control at all times.
- Follow assigned route schedules strictly, with no deviations unless authorized.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and operational safety.
- Assist with loading and offloading of goods when required.
- Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail in every aspect of the role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Valid Code 14 driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- At least 5 years of driving experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using maps, GPS, and other navigation tools.
- Must have no criminal record and be medically fit for the role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
