Job Description
The internship focuses on supporting CRUM’s Integrated Service Delivery and Stakeholder Interface Unit. Interns will work under experienced professionals and receive practical training in public administration. Duties include document management, stakeholder communication support, clerical functions, and participation in service delivery coordination.

Ideal Candidate
To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Reside within the City of Johannesburg jurisdiction
- Be unemployed and available for the full 18-month duration
- Hold a National Diploma or Degree (minimum 360 credits) in one of the following or a related field:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- International Relations
- Marketing and Communications
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Have not participated in an internship related to their qualification
- Be computer literate (proficiency in MS Office is essential)
Role Responsibility
Interns will support the Integrated Service Delivery and Stakeholder Interface Unit with the following responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day administrative duties
- Assist in the collation and preparation of internal reports
- Support internal communication and documentation management
- Help streamline operational processes in service delivery
- Act as liaison support during stakeholder engagement activities
- Maintain records and archives of correspondence and municipal feedback
- Participate in meetings and take minutes when required
