Job Description
The PEP Human Resource Graduate Programme offers hands-on exposure to various facets of HR operations in a fast-paced retail setting. The selected graduate will join a passionate, highly skilled team in Centurion, contributing to talent management, recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative support.
As part of the programme, you will work on real-time HR projects, attend training sessions, and gain exposure to the internal systems and tools used to drive workforce performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Provide HR reporting and maintain up-to-date employee records
- Participate in organizational learning and development programmes
- Collaborate with line managers and the broader HR team on business-driven solutions
- Learn how to navigate HR policies, procedures, and labour legislation

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Requirements:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18 – 33 years old
- Strong computer literacy – proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Centurion
- Driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory
