The FNB FirstJob Internship Programme is a 12-month structured graduate programme designed to provide unemployed graduates with entry-level experience in Finance, IT, HR, Communications, and other key business areas. This opportunity bridges the gap between academic learning and professional work readiness while preparing candidates for long-term careers.

What you will gain:

As an intern in the FNB FirstJob Programme, candidates will:

Are you Eligible?

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Hold a Matric certificate plus an NQF 5 or NQF 6 qualification (certificate/diploma) in Finance, IT, HR, Data, Administration, or Communications
  • Have less than 12 months’ work experience
  • Not have previously participated in the FNB FirstJob Programme
