Graduates are placed within Rand Water’s scientific and operational units, gaining hands-on training, technical expertise, and practical exposure to real challenges in water supply, laboratory research, process technology, and SHEQ compliance.

Are you eligible? (Requirements)
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen under 35 years old
- Must hold a relevant NQF 8 qualification or higher in the chosen field
- No previous participation in a graduate programme
- No criminal record
- Research experience or laboratory project exposure
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, basic statistics)
