Key Performance Areas
- Provide support with assignments, projects, ISATs, tests, and research tasks
- Explain subject concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner
- Collaborate with lecturers and mentor lecturers
- Prepare tutoring files and maintain attendance registers
- Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to students and lecturers
- Maintain confidentiality of student records
