Job Position: Professional Bus Driver Trainee
Job Type: Skills Development / Learnership (3-Year Programme)

Programme Duration and Benefits:

Three years of structured training and workplace experience
Monthly stipend of R5 000 during training
Free upgrade of driver’s licence to professional standards
Full training to become a Golden Arrow duty bus driver
Free bus pass for after-hours and weekend travel

Qualification:

Grade 12 or higher

Experience:

Not required, but possession of a valid driver’s licence will be advantageous

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

Be unemployed South African citizens from a previously disadvantaged ethnic group
Be between 22 and 30 years old
Have no criminal record
Hold a Grade 12 certificate or higher qualification
Be motivated, disciplined, and committed to serving the community through safe and professional transport
