What is the Metropolitan Learnership Programme 2025?
This 12-month learnership provides unemployed youth with practical workplace exposure and formal education in financial services. Learners will gain skills in sales, customer service, and insurance operations, while working towards an accredited Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification.

Candidate role during the programme
During the learnership, learners will:

- Maintain workplace housekeeping standards

Are you eligible?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
- South African citizen by birth
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Must be unemployed
- Must belong to a previously disadvantaged group
- People with disabilities are encouraged to apply
