Purpose of the Programme

The Graduate Placement Programme aims to equip young professionals with practical skills, workplace readiness, and hands-on experience in the retail distribution sector.
Participants will gain structured training, mentorship, and exposure to real business operations across multiple functions including logistics, warehousing, HR, IT, and financial management.
