Job Description:
The Rainbow Internship Programme 2025 combines practical work experience with structured development in multiple disciplines. Ideal Candidate:

Minimum General Requirements:
- South African citizenship or permanent residency
- Currently studying towards or holding a relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong academic performance (minimum average of 60%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to commit to full-time internship for the full 12 months
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the location of the internship opportunity
Role Responsibility:
Interns will be actively involved in:
- Supporting day-to-day operations in production, quality, logistics, procurement, or laboratory environments
- Conducting research and analysis related to the assigned department
- Participating in site projects, equipment maintenance, and system improvements
- Working on sustainability, efficiency, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborating across departments to gain holistic exposure to business processes
- Shadowing team leaders and contributing to performance meetings and reviews
- Reporting findings and assisting with data-driven decision making
