Job Description:
The Rainbow Internship Programme 2025 combines practical work experience with structured development in multiple disciplines. Minimum General Requirements:

  • South African citizenship or permanent residency
  • Currently studying towards or holding a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Strong academic performance (minimum average of 60%)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to commit to full-time internship for the full 12 months
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the location of the internship opportunity

Role Responsibility:
Interns will be actively involved in:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations in production, quality, logistics, procurement, or laboratory environments
  • Conducting research and analysis related to the assigned department
  • Participating in site projects, equipment maintenance, and system improvements
  • Working on sustainability, efficiency, and compliance initiatives
