Job Description:
The Citi Graduate Learnership Programme is designed to equip graduates with hands-on skills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. Participants are placed into real working environments, treated as valued team members, and given meaningful responsibilities aligned with their career goals and the bank’s strategic objectives.
Graduates will be exposed to:
- Financial analysis and operations
- Client services and support
- Risk and compliance practices
- Innovation in global banking systems
- Day-to-day operations of a multinational financial institution
This 12-month programme helps participants develop critical business and technical skills through on-the-job experience, guided mentorship, and structured development sessions.
Ideal Candidate:

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 65% GPA) or Master’s in any discipline
- Have less than 12 months of full-time work experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally (verbal and written)
- Show leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities
- Exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be interested in global financial trends and economic awareness
- Display a strong sense of integrity and business ethics
Role Responsibility:
As part of the Citi Graduate Learnership Programme, participants will:
