Position Details
- Position Title: Human Capital Management Internship
- Department: Group Corporate & Shared Services (GCSS)
- Contract Duration: 18 Months
- Stipend: R9,531.54 per month
- Workplace: 158 Civic Boulevard, Metro Centre, Braamfontein
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR-related tasks, systems, and controls
- Facilitate recruitment-related processes
- Compile data for statutory reporting
- Support subcommittee meetings and dispute hearings
Qualification Requirements
- Must have completed or be in the final year of a degree, National Diploma, or N6 qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
- If currently studying, please submit an enrollment confirmation letter
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and effective planning skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service delivery
