Position: Code 14 Long Distance Driver
Location: Rustenburg, North West
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
As a Code 14 Long Distance Driver, your key duties will include:
- Safely operating and maintaining the assigned vehicle.
- Conducting daily inspections to identify and report faults.
- Handling the loading and off-loading of various materials and equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to the Road Traffic Act and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Prioritizing road safety for yourself and other road users.
- Navigating routes efficiently, particularly within the Gauteng area.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must have:
- A Grade 12 certificate (minimum educational qualification).
- A valid, unendorsed Code 14 driver’s license with a valid PDP.
- At least 3 years of driving experience.
- A practical and hands-on approach to responsibilities.
