The Department of Transport and Community Safety in Limpopo is hiring five permanent Secretaries across its Capricorn, Mopani, Sekhukhune, Vhembe, and Waterberg district offices. Job Position:

- Salary: R228,321 per annum (Level 05)
The five Secretary posts are available at the following districts:
- Capricorn: Ref No: LDTCS 062/2025
- Mopani: Ref No: LDTCS 063/2025
- Sekhukhune: Ref No: LDTCS 064/2025
- Vhembe: Ref No: LDTCS 065/2025
- Waterberg: Ref No: LDTCS 066/2025
Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Added Advantage: Qualification in Management Assistant
Experience:
- Relevant administrative experience advantageous
- Computer literacy essential
- Valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities) will be an advantage
Key Performance Areas:
- Manage District Director’s diary, scheduling, and appointments
- Arrange meetings, venues, and catering
- Coordinate accommodation bookings and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming and outgoing documentation for the Director’s office
- Maintain organized records for operational efficiency
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
