Purpose of the Role
The Delivery Driver Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that all customer deliveries are accurate, timely, and efficient. The role includes assisting the driver with product loading/unloading, handling Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, verifying customer payments, and supporting general logistics operations.
This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and the smooth flow of the delivery process.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- FMCG Retail experience will be an advantage.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
